Here, for the first time ever, we will make available this incredible ancient teaching of spiritual evolution by presenting more than 100 different Gurdjieff exercises, movements, sacred dances, multiplications, and more.

What is so special about these exercises?

Gurdjieff has brought from his many trips these exercises and he has started to teach them from 1914 until his death in 1949. 

He has taught, during his life, many exercises, movements, sacred dances, both in Europe and in United States, and he has also made a few demonstrations. 

The special music that accompanies some of the movements has also been transmitted by him, with the help of Thomas de Hartmann.

How to ACCESS:

There are two types of subscriptions: 

- drip schedule subscription: you get modules #1 and #2 immediately; then each new lesson after 8 days from the previous one.

Module #1
INTRODUCTORY

The introductory concepts needed in all the exercises and movements that will follow. Three lessons explaining in detail the core principles.

Module #2
EXERCISES

Beginner exercises to be done while sitting. These are precursors of learning more complex movements, as they do not include feet, only arms and head.    

Module #3
BASIC MOVEMENTS

A taste of different types of basic movements: a Canon, a Prayer, a Dervish, and the very famous The 1st Obligatory in its original form of execution.

Module #4
MEDITATIVE

Special collection of meditative movements: OM Circles (in the photo), Remorse for Parents (N21), Hymn to the Sun (40 Attitudes), Knowing sensing.              

Module #5
COMPLEX

Movements with a more complex structure and execution: American 24 "I am", Russian Christmas, Blue red black yellow, March and Mantra "I am Man".

MARCHES

Here we have our first special collection of exercises and movements which use the marching type of attitude.  There are six marches in this collection.

DERVISH

A powerful collection of exercises and movements: Simple Dervish, Hesitating Dervish, Ho Ya no. 4 (from the famous series) and Dervish of 22 novembre.

PRAYER module

About me

My name is Alexandru and I am a Romanian born Seeker of Truth, third generation pupil in the line of Gurdjieff, and I have authored quite a few books on the Gurdjieff teaching.

For the past 35 years I have studied how movement can influence, heal and develop our daily live, teaching Martial Arts, Tea Ceremony, Yoga, Tai Chi, Fitness, Argentine Tango and others, but most of these are just scratching the surface.

The Gurdjieff legacy is the epitome of all these, and I was so lucky to be able to study the exercises and movements in different places around the world, under special teachers from the Gurdjieff Institute in Paris, for more than a decade.
